Padang Sidempuan, April 26, 2024 – The leadership of the International
Association of Economic and Business (IAEB) conducted an official visit to UIN
Syahada Padang Sidempuan as part of their initiative to strengthen
partnerships in implementing the Tri Dharma of Higher Education: education,
research, and community service.
The delegation was warmly received by the Dean of
UIN Syahada Padang Sidempuan, accompanied by the Vice Deans and other academic
leaders. The visit focused on exploring opportunities for collaboration between
IAEB and the university to enhance academic programs, joint research, and
community engagement initiatives.
In his welcoming remarks, the Dean of UIN Syahada
expressed his appreciation for IAEB's commitment to fostering partnerships with
higher education institutions. "This visit reflects a shared vision of
advancing academic excellence and societal contribution through meaningful
collaboration," he stated.
The IAEB delegation discussed potential programs,
including international conferences, faculty exchange initiatives, and
collaborative research projects addressing economic and business challenges.
Both parties emphasized the importance of aligning their efforts to meet global
educational standards while contributing to local development.
The visit concluded with a mutual agreement to
formalize the partnership through a memorandum of understanding (MoU) to ensure
long-term cooperation. This collaboration is expected to provide significant
benefits for students, faculty, and the broader academic community at UIN
Syahada.
